BUDWEISER

Budweiser was the first male Surrey Squeaker. He was neutered but he loved being surrounded by his harem of girls. He had so much charisma that he ruled the herd without doing anything at all.  His long hair covered his legs so he appeared to glide along as if he was on wheels. He looked the same from the front and the back so it was often difficult to tell which way he was facing!

ORINOCO

Orinoco used to belong to Peter Gurney. She was not young when she joined the Surrey Squeakers but she gave everyone a surprise by producing five babies very soon after she arrived. She had kept her expanding waistline hidden under her long hair! Her two daughters also became Surrey Squeakers.









MICKEY
Mickey was entirely responsible for the construction of a whole new pen! His owners were emigrating to Australia and were extremely sorry not to be able to take him as he was greatly loved. The Surrey Squeakers already had a neutered male at the time (Budweiser) and so a whole new pen was designed and built to accommodate Mickey and some new girlfriends! Those two pens have now been replaced by one very big one.
